In the summer, a smoothie is my favourite. Nothing tastes greater, makes you feel healthier, and is more convenient than a smoothie.
In the Winter, I don’t think of them as often. Usually just tea comes to mind.
However, today after my workout I was really craving one. I worked really hard and wanted to reward my body.
I want to share with you this smoothie, which is probably one of my favourites!
It tastes delicious AND is super healthy.

I could go on and on about the nutritional benefits of this fantastic smoothie, but to be honest I also love it for its creamy and delicious flavour!
For one smoothie, you’ll need:
- 1 Medium Avocado, soft and peeled
- 1 Banana
- ½ Cup Natural yogurt (Greek, dairy-free or otherwise unsweetened)
- 1 Cup coconut milk/ almond milk or similar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tsp Maple Syrup (or honey if you prefer)
- Ice Cubes or crushed ice
Simply pop it all in the blender and give it a good spin!
